Alison Snyder-Warwick receives two awards for research
Alison-Snyder Warwick, MDThe American Association of Plastic Surgeons has chosen Alison Snyder-Warwick, MD, assistant professor of surgery, to receive a 2016 AAPS/Peer Academic Scholarship Award for her proposal “Molecular and genetic analysis of terminal Schwann cell function in homeostasis and injury.” The award is given annually to aid young researchers in pursuing careers as plastic surgery investigators. It will begin July 1, 2016, and end June 30, 2018.
Snyder-Warwick also won an award from the Musculoskeletal Research Center at Washington University School of Medicine for the same research proposal. The award begins April 1, 2016, and ends March 31, 2017.
