Thank you for your interest in the Plastic Surgery Training Program at Washington University in St. Louis. We will be offering advanced positions through the National Resident Matching Program (NRMP) for the plastic surgery residency beginning July 2012. Information about registering for the NRMP can be found at http://www.nrmp.org/. The NRMP utilizes an electronic application service (ERAS). This is a separate service, which requires a separate fee. To register with ERAS, complete the form available at http://www.myeras.aamc.org/.
The Plastic Surgery Residency at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis was recently granted permission to become an integrated program starting July 1, 2012. Applicants participating in the March 2012 Match will start the 6-year "Integrated" training program July 1, 2012. The NRMP code for the new Integrated Program will be provided during the interviews.
All graduate medical education programs at Washington University, including the Plastic Surgery Residency Program, are sponsored by the Washington University/Barnes-Jewish Hospital/St. Louis Children's Hospital Graduate Medical Education Consortium known as the "GME Consortium."
